I guess the total value is in the Silver Quarters. You could always sell the other coins, later.

That one I messaged you about doesn't have it either.

Maybe try calling MCM tomorrow and ask them, or they may know where.

  10. I could be wrong about this but maybe the Mint did not make a separately boxed 1999 silver state quarter proof set like they did for the clad proofs. I thought they started the separate silver sets in 2004. TC

TC is right! The Mint didn't start issuing separate Silver Proof SQ Sets until 2004. The only way you can get the 1999-2003 Silver Proof SQ Sets with the original box and COA is by buying the complete set.

You may be right TC. I don't know for sure because I started buying the full silver proof sets in 1999. I almost sold my 1999 set several times back when theyit were selling for about $600! Wish I had bought a bunch back then and sold them at $600/ea! If we could only see a few years ahead!Chuck

No need to apologize! Great minds think alike.

That was just another of the myriad boners that the Mint has pulled. It was really dumb not to issue the Silver Proof SQ's separately from the very beginning. There would have been tons of collectors who would have bought the complete proof set for their collection as well as the SQ proof set for their SQ collection.
