Question about Customs/Import duty

Thanks but I rang them in Coventry and they are always buys and a message says call back another time.........dreadful! As I'm not actually buying anything why are they charging me when the outside of the package says 'Returned Goods?' Maybe PCGS should write antique on too. They sent a box the size of a house with one coin in it today.
