Hi, I am new to this forum and even newer to coins. I know nothing about coins or the ones I have. Scary, I know. If someone could help me value some coins if they are worth anything and maybe identify what they are, I would be greatly appreciative. The first coin is a Netherlands 1894 25 cent. This coin carries quite a premium in high grades, and lists for $25 in Fine in my slightly out of date Krause. Unfortunately, I don't think your coin rises to that condition level (I think VG is closer), and it appears to have some environmental damage. The second is a Russian 1898 2 Kopek, which the same book lists for $2 in Fine.
I looked on the NGC World Coin Guide, it says the first coin you posted pictures of is worth $100 in VF-20 condition. NGC says the second coin is worth $7 in VF-20. Hope this helps! By these, I mean the first two pictures you have on this post, not the ones from the link.
