Depends on where you got it and how much you paid for it.

Keep it as a placeholder until you're able to get a better one.

"I suppose" I could take it of your hands if you don't want it.

Keep it; regardless of grade, a 14D is still a 14D and vital to any coin collection. If you ugrade, then sell it or start a second collection...

It was on the floor board of our 64' Ford picjup with other change.

Sorry, but I don't believe that for one minute. You've shown you have no qualms about lying before, don't see why you'd stop now. Too many high-dollar (Yes, even a '14-D like this is still relatively high dollar) coins with fishy stories being posted by you.

If it were mine I'd sell it for whatever I could get...which probably would not be much. It's corroded and of little value. I would not enjoy it in my set.

Obviously people feel differently. If you like it, keep it.

If I said, I found this 1893 S in the motor! fi4.jpg Picture 328.jpg Now that would be FISHY! I paid $1800 for this coin. But, you asked! And that's where I found that penny. You can beat me down, but, where I found the penny is where I found the penny. Next time, I won't say anything. 213sarah

I just find it fishy that you're posting all kinds of coins (some of which are exquisitely rare and valuable) that you apparently don't know much about. Say what you want, I just call it like I see it.

Your '09-S VDB in PCGS Secure MS66+ grade post comes to mind.
