It may have been a valid auction coin which was stolen after posting. The seller then edited the listing but left it up to maintain links to his other offerings.
I seriously doubt any coin was stolen. If so, he could have just cancelled the auction. However, if you want to bring attention to your "store", just edit a listing as he did. And guess what? It worked.
I know and auction description can be edited after being posted BUT I don't think the title can be edited. IF that's true then the thing is TOTALLY bogus. And, yes, I did notice the S&H.
