I have always submitted coins to all the top 4 companies except PCGS. I would like to try them now that NGC is playing games with their cross over service (they will only cross pcgs coins others must be cracked out before graded). My question is this..... ANACS does cross over service by covering the grade so the grader never sees it to give a fair grade. (something I love about them) I get the impression PCGS just looks at the grade to see if it can cross. Is this true? Or does PCGS cover the grade? If they feel a coins grades higher will they slab it? I appreciate anything anyone can tell me about this process
