    I don't have a photo of the coin any more, but I had a 1913 P Barber Quarter in a clean XF...with a perfect little hole drilled into the top. Without hole...$300-400 coin. With hole...priceless. I think I ended up selling it for 50 or 75 bucks.

    I just purchased this one on Memorial day. The obverse is quite flashy and blemish free. It would grade MS66 or better based upon the obverse.

    The reverse is just as flashy. It would grade...... if only it didn't have that hidden counting wheel damage:(

    ...which grades probably VF, except for the crude hole in the top.

    LOL! Well, I showed it because it could have been a $2k+ coin. But I sold it for what I figured it was worth: $750.

    What a crying shame too. Look at that strike. The denticles, Liberty's hair, the clean fields, perfect lettering. And some dude takes a brillo pad to it. How very sad.
