    Hi. Looks like some casted cash coin from China. Probably Jiaqing emperor 1796-1820.

    I didn't see Annam coins with manchu legend on reverse but it's not my subject so i'am not sure about this one.

    the coin is a Qian Long Tong Bao 1 cash, cast at the Board of Works Mint, Beijing 1761-67.
