I have a dime the size of a morga dollar what is it

It looks like a liberty head dime it has no date ,
the other side has collum and it says 999 finesilver one ounce

what about with liberty head the size of a dollar with 20 stars
and on reverse side it has a eagle holding a flag
with 34 stars on flag. and both sides dont say anything

 

Not a coin. Probably another silver round but without markings we don't know.
