Approximate Date of This Slab?

I don't have PCGS access so I can't look it up that way.
It's DEFINITELY a "rattler".
Here's the front and back labels:





Please help as much as possible.

It isn't possible to look at a slab and come up with an exact date that it was slabbed unless you have access to the grading company in house computer system. The best you can do is come up with a time period from knowing when a particular slab style was in use. In the case of a PCGS rattler you are talking between Feb 1986 and November of 1989.
