How To Rainbow Tone Your Silver Coins Ebook PDF Morgan My first reaction was to look for a way to report this and get it pulled. But after reading the first page that's shown in the listing, especially the bit about "how to prepare your coin", I wonder if he's having a big joke at the expense of wannabe AT'ers.
Here is the free version; Dip the coins and do not remove all of the dip off the surface of the coin. It will turn the coin purple.
Don't mess with your coins, especially if you have no experience with conservation. You want to be an ebay flipper, a fast buck guy, a scam artist? Play around and dupe some folks. You'll get what you deserve. You want to be a serious collector because you love coins and respect fellow hobbyists? Learn to take care of them properly and ignore edited like this. Lance.
He's back: How to Be a Bozo Here's what to do, IMHO: Click on "Report item". For "Report Category", select "Listing practices". For "Reason for Report", select "Compilation and informational items". For "Detailed Reason", select "Inappropriate category". Click "Continue", then click "Send Report". If he wants to list this drivel in the appropriate ghetto (Everything Else > Information Products), I can't stop him. But we can stop him from spamming the ASE category.
I had $15 burning a hole in my pocket... This should be a fun read... I'll make sure to give a book report at a later date. It's always good to know what people are up to when it comes to doctoring coins... this helps you to identify doctored coins in the future... I doubt there is much good information in this thing...
Hello Matt, I'm posting here in the hopes that I will see your book report. Very best regards, collect89
I'm curious to see how he delivers the item. I suppose maybe he would just email it to an address you gave him.
After reading the first paragraph I can say it's going to be a joke. Bad grammer, incorrect science, and general crap right off the bat. LOL
OHHH THE HUMANITY!!! It's one big horrendous run on sentence. Besically it's just a compilation of the junk you can find on youtube and with a proper google search... It's really nothing to be worried about.
What is wrong with; For "Report Category", select "Listing practices". For "Reason for Report", select "Other listing practices". For "Detailed Reason", select "Digitally delivered goods". (The listing is for content that is delivered by digital download or transfer, and it isn't listed in Classified Ad format or in the Everything Else > Information Products category.) Click "Continue", then click "Send Report".
Finally, someone posts the correct way to report this auction. Of course, eBay will not pull the listing... but will move it to the correct category (or at least they should). Here's the policy: http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/downloadable.html
Well, it seems to me that both this path and the one I posted end up in approximately the same place. Is there some reason the path I suggested is actually wrong? I have to say that eBay's scheme for reporting auctions is a lot less usable than it could be. There's a fair amount of guesswork involved in finding your way to the right category.
