Is this Roosevelt Dime that looks like Alphalfa a cud error??? whatz the value?

This is my 1956 Roosevelt. I believe it to be a cud error. On the top of the head there is an extra strand of hair look alike. I was really wondering what kind of value if any would it add. Thank you in advance for all your words of wisdom.

It could be a scratched die or a die chip. It is not a cud. (A cud occurs when the edge of the die breaks off creating a coin with a lump of metal that includes the rim.)
