    Really, there are mechanical sorters? How do they separate zinc from copper?

    Probably, but it could also do like a laser saner for the more advanced collector!

    That's a great find scottishmoney. It really pays to have a "trainee" in your local bank. I'm fortunate to have a daughter who is a teller in a bank, so she keeps her eyes opened for anything unusual. So far nothing special, but some pretty cool notes just the same. When she brings something home, I tell her what it is and put it in a sleeve for her to keep. Trying to get her interested in collecting you know.
