Do you ever buy coins from dealers? Where do you get your supplies? Do you have a list of supplies you think one should have on hand? Where do you find most of your coins? I see on many posts "my mood" ... where is this coming from? Thanks KC
Yes I do. Coin shop or http://www.wizardcoinsupply.com/ Depends on what you need. about a 10x Loupe is a must. Cotton or powderfree latex gloves if you want them. Air-tites or 2x2's. From the bank. If you look on the bar at the top is says "home forum blogs etc..." it's just under the "gameroom"
I'm lucky enough to have two coin shops within five miles and a monthly coin show about the same distance, so I do buy most of my coins from these outlets. Also use eBay, both for coins and supplies, though I do order from Wizard on occasion.
I prefer to actually see the coin, to talk to the person selling it, other than to order thru the internet or magazines,so most of my coins are bought from dealers. I also get my supplies from local dealers. I am not much of a list maker, I try to make a "mental list" I have found most of them at coin shops and at shows, shows usually for the best ones. Where do moods come from? Good question, some will say it is a spiritual thing, others will say it has more to do with your digestion.
Well, when somone asks, "Where is this coming from?", I figure I may as well change my mood to give him an idea. Chris is fine! He just doesn't use emoticons too often.
