Uhh, it's impossible to tell anything from this scan... We're gonna need some up colse pics, to even begin to think about this.
These photographs are ridiculously small and very low quality. You are going to have to provide us with more than just this one photo. I don't even want to attempt to diagnose it as a CAM. :/ The chances are very, very, VERY slim that it is infact a CAM. If it were, you may have a $10k+ coin on your hands (this is an approximate price due to the poor quality photos I am unable to tell what the overall grade of the coin may be). -Brian
From what I can tell, it's just a regular 1992 cent. Compare the AM with the AM of a 1993 or 1994 cent and I think you can see the difference.
