off struck cent

managed to get it over here on ebay uk, not many of them about, im not sur what the mark on the bottoms from, maybe someone can help

I think it would be pmd. Because it shows signs of it in the zinc layer showing and the pressed look to it.

 

Can't tell because the picture is too out of focus. It's a off-center strike.
