I am always too high, so I will guess lower this time and say $45 on the Franklin

    Nice looking coin!

$49.99 on the Franklin is what you probably paid. I myself would not have paid over $43 or so. I love to haggle! ;)

Sadly I know nothing about this coin, or toning. I don't have the money to afford coins like this nor could I guess a price. Basically, I'm new to coin collecting.
I just wanted to say that is one very beautiful coin and although I don't know anything about toning, you've sparked my interest! So... THANK YOU :)

baha just about nailed it. I paid $126 for it. Maybe a bit much, but I needed a 20-D and it was a woody, so I paid it. baha, you are up.

rlm , how do the tpgs grade woodies the same , or low ?

Most everyone I have seen mis-graded has been graded low, but about half have been graded properly IMO. If you can find it, there was one posted here that we were arguing as to whether it was AU or MS and they gave it a 40! It might have been 45, but still.
