    Right, that is what is called a mintmark - it says СПМД, ie. SPMD. What I find a little strange about the coins from Tajikistan is the CoA. It is not as "Soviet style" as the one of Belarus or the semi-independent PMR, but it sure reminds of the times when the country was part of the USSR ...
