The US Government is auctioning off items found in the Unabomber's Montana cabin.
Among them is a medal of French emperor Napoleon.
The Unabomber was Theodore Kaczynski, a former mathematics professor.

It appears to be copper and around 2" wide.

Government list of Unabomber items, the medal is listed as a "coin medallion".
The listing is on an Ebay-type website and has all kinds of disclaimers.
    Also no returns.

It has been bid up to $700 as of May 24.

Here's a medal similar but not exactly like the Unabomber's:

I've been interested in Napoleon medals for a long time and I have a couple. But one owned by the Unabomber makes it immediately unappealing.
