    Thats a pretty gaff. So the date is on the reverse too. Neat!

    It looks like a major lamination to me. That area is definitely recessed and not raised (as if it were glue).

    Definitely lamination. If you know what to look for you can tell even in the first pictures that the area is recessed.

    NICE FIND! That's about the largest lamination error I've ever seen.
