Shouldn't England be "Great Britain"? Maybe using the Krause listing for countries would be the way to go here. No X in my Krause (1991), so my vote would be to skip it or use the former Chinese provinces or something similar.

As for "England", well, the country name is not Great Britain either but United Kingdom (of Great Britain and Northern Ireland). So for me it would have been a "U" entry.

I know, England has so many names it can go by; Britain, Great Britain, the United Kingdom, England... I just thought the Krause listings might work better lol

I use "United Kingdom" myself on my computer, guess I should go by Krause...

yeah we should go again but stick to coins that we own rather just googling for a picture. Plus provinences and terratories should count too
