Anyone want to guess what grade the seller gave this coin. I will post his grade in a bit.

I would give it ~G4 just from the obverse

I'm going to go out on a limb and say the seller said it was between F-12 - VG-20

I'm wondering... if I buy the coin, could I have the seller arrested for fraud since I live in Hawaii?

[Edit: I'm wondering if I should buy the "999%" American Eagle.]

Based on his grades, anything below a VF would probably no longer exist in a physical form, having worn away to their basic atomic components. That would make for tough collecting.

Seller has NO clue. Look at the seller's only item sold. A '56 Frankie.....slicked down from wiping/cleaning, as it was used in a pendant from the last owner. In item specifics, lists it as circulated, yet seller also lists it as MS60. This seller's 100% won't last long.

I'm tempted to shoot them a question and ask if the grade they put was a typo :p

    I did as well, Sam.

The fact is that the seller is trying to skirt the rule about grades of raw coins in the title.

If they allow this, the rule basically becomes moot.

I read all the other listings. I honestly believe this person is not a native English speaker and has no clue what they're writing. Rare buffalo nickel 90% silver?
