I’ve been at this a whole weekend now, so here’s my input- Why on Earth aren’t these called “High 9s” and “Low 9s”? I think what they are named causes the confusion.
They usually do these with overlays. If @justafarmer is willing I think he has an overlay for the 60 and 60D variety's.
You can find small date Denver mint cents, but good luck finding a Philly in circulation. I've been collecting for over 30 years and have yet to find one.
My system crashed a while back. Recovered most but wasn't able to recover everything. Searched my library and didn't find anything. Not sure I ever mapped 1960 cents. I think I'll put this one on my list for mapping.
Seriously, I’ve got a couple of boxes? (holder?) that are maybe 10 inches long and filled with dollars in 2x2 inch holders. It’s all so overwhelming that I just look at paper money and a random box of foreign coins and tokens and junk. Lol
The dollar coins just take one by one and analyze it. I more or less just started looking at my dad’s coins. Most were all before year 2000. And mom had kept the state and ATB quarters. I was learning as I would look, post, ask… then I look again because I always learned something different. It is interesting but so much to learn. Many collectors have interesting coins and the dates are unreal. To think of the history of it. It’s fun!
