I cannot find any information about a 1975 D penny with doubling on the obverse. Even though this penny has had a trip through a garbage disposal (or something), I am seeing doubling all over the obverse. The mint mark seems to match up with coppercoins (004). I am interested as to whether you are all seeing the doubling on the obv. also. I didn't draw lots of arrows, because it is all over. Please let me know what you think.

I think the doubling you're seeing is from die deterioration. It's a very worn die. Also as far as the RPM, it doesn't look to me that the MM is in the same position as #4. Remember for it to be the same die it has to be an exact match and not just close.
