    simple answer is yes, the top three are german and the bottom one is french.

    Basically yes, ecept for the second one. That seems to be a company token; cannot read the entire text though. The issuing company was the Lingner-Werke in Dresden (famous for "Odol", today a GSK brand). Karl A. Lingner, born 150 years ago, also supported healthcare and hygiene, see http://www.dhmd.de/neu/index.php?id=791 (page in English).
