I found this nice World coin this week while metal detecting. It looks to be from the Middle East. India

The obverse is of a women with four arms standing on a flower in the water feeding a duck and elephant. Also there is writing on the bottom but I can not read it.

I do not know what the reverse is. Tried researching the coin but can not find the coin. Any help identifying the coin would be appreciated.

The coin looks to be a silver proof.

    Thanks, Steve

The reverse is in Devanagari script and reads "Om", the sacred syllable in Hinduism. Can't really make out the obverse, but your description is in keeping with Lakshmi, the Hindu goddess of good fortune.

So I guess it's a good luck charm.
