I usually buy my coin supplies online at wizardcoinsupply...but they don't seem to have a couple different intercept shield holder sizes, specifically modern half dollars, and ASEs. Does anyone know of another good online dealer for supplies?

  3. If you find a place that has the ASE Intercept Shield Holders, please let me know. I have been looking for months and am on several waiting lists at most of the major coin supply dealers. I posted a thread on CT about it over a month ago and got little response. I talked to a coin supply dealer at a recent show, and he said that he has tried ordering direct from the company but they are out and not sure when they would be back in stock. TC

OK, thanks for letting me know. I'll keep an eye out for them.

I'm in the same boat TC. I'm on several lists too, waiting for them to come out with the new Lincoln Cent w/proofs album. Ever few months I get on and look. Brent Krueger was the last one I called about 6 weeks ago. He said they promised they were going to make it, but it never comes out. It's been years now, but I'm a believer in their products, so I keep hoping. Every album I have is Intercept.

    No idea for ASEs.

For my Maple Leafs, the Airtite 38mm works wonders.

At least it's not just me with this problem. Is it just the 40mm that there is a shortage of, or are other sizes hard to find right now too?

  8. The supply dealer I spoke with at the show told me that the ASE and half dollar size are the two that people want and they cannot order. TC

Is there a reason for this? Are they just sold out everywhere or out of production or what?

  10. I asked the same question of him. He said the supplier told him that they were NOT discontinued but were behind in production, but no timeline was provided. TC

I've found a few places that show to have the 40mm, but cannot verify. I have emailed a few and have not heard back.
In my search over the past few years, I have come to the conclusion that they don't come together for production very often.
They are almost 5 years behind on making the Lincoln album.
