Series 1981 $100 Star note value? Need answer within 1 hour.

What's the value of a 1981 $100 star? Anything substantial over face? Thanks in advance guys, I know it's a bit rough, here's the pics.

the 2005 blackbook lists these at $250 in star unc. yours might get $150 or more to the right person. I'd keep it.

 

Killer. Anybody else wanna chime in? I've got... appx 40 minutes left to buy it at face.

 

About 20 minutes... screw it, I should just buy it, not like I'm gonna lose money or anything.

BTW: My book (Whitman 3rd) shows a $100 1981 Richmond Star @ 500.00 in CU, and 1000.00 in CH CU... It was the only federal reserve bank to issue stars of that series... MERC you Lucky SOB!!!

1981 $100 Richmond Star (E*), book value $3,000 in CH-CU.....no disrespect intended, but buying one at face value is a no-brainer. One of the rarest $100 stars ever printed.
