    Hey

Can anyone tell what coins any of these are? I know the pics aren't that great. Do any of them have silver? I will try and get some better pics.

    Thanks

In the second picture the two large coins with the seated figure are british Pennies with a half penny with the same design in between.

In the first pic I see a mexican peso, silver colored, kind of next to the empty space in the middle.(don't think it's silver dont remember the dates if after 67 I think it's all nickel and copper)

The bottom left coin in the second picture is U.S.- Philippe on the other side if it says 10 20 or 50 centavos its silver. The coin on the right of it is swiss, the other coins with that head are also swiss no silver in any. In the first picture the is another Philipeines coin first row third coin looks copper so a one centavo there's another in the first picture second to last row second coin, and one more in the second picture second row second coin, do the same thing as the first one I mentioned. The coins with the girl kneeling and planting are 50 pfennig from germany no silver. The coin with the R is from denmark there is a denomination on the back, please post that.

The 1940 One Shilling is from the UK and ... it *is* 50% silver! The ASW is .0909oz (so just under $4.50 at current rate). For UK coins, pre 1920 = 92½%, 1920-46 = 50%.

Between all the forums you've posted these on, I guess you've gotten your answer.
