A nice teller saved these for me. They are not in great shape, but I'll always take red seals at face. I may spend the one that is in really bad shape, but will keep for now....

Very cool! I've got a couple myself, one being a star note. I will never spend mine, piece of history IMO.

Very nice teller at your bank too!

Must be nice to have a teller looking out for you. All of them show honest wear, and one shows it was owned by someone superstitious, (corner missing).
Red seal $2's found in the wild.....looks like someone owes someone lunch.

I would think twice about spending any of them at face value. Even the worst one might get you $4-$5 on Ebay. No kidding...
Dem $2 dollars alway get an audience, regardless of wear... I wonder what the story is on those bills? Did someone just need the money? Did little Billy find them in daddies sock drawer and spend them? We shall never know...
    Thanks for sharing...

Actually, I've never spent a red seal and don't think I would. I've got one that looks worse and still keep it.

Yes, I will have to reward that teller somehow!!!

I have nice tellers like that too. They're always watching out for stuff they know I'd like. I owe them some giftcards.

Just be careful...they can get in trouble for accepting gifts.

I've given my teller gift cards for Christmas before and never a problem.
