They were probably tokens for the prisoners to buy stuff like cigarettes,tooth brushes,food,candy etc.Just wanted to show a neat find. B12

I have several Washington State tax tokens and some 1944 ration tokens. The tax tokens are plastic, and the ration tokens are paperboard.
