I believe the flattened portioned of the coin is Post Mint Damage and the slight doubling on the date is caused by striking. The 68s have a lot of machine doubling and even though some is quite dramatic, is not considered an error. gary
I have a question about this coin I have this coin And the Lincoin head is raised considerabley far out from normal does anyone ever heard of this error
