Thinking of creating a second selling account

Over the last month I started selling my duplicate coins on eBay. They're not high value coins and I'm not getting a lot for them, but it gets rid of the doubles and gives me a little more to spend on other coins. Well, to make a long story short, eBay gives you 50 listings free per month and then charges you for any after that. I just reached my 50 listing limit today and was thinking of opening a second selling account so I could get another 50 free. A lot of the coins I list don't sell, and then I have to relist them a few times before a buyer comes along, so a limit of 50 isn't hard to reach.

Besides starting over with no feedback, can anyone see any drawbacks of a second account? Is it against any rules? Would I need a new paypal account?

Why not sell some of the coins in lots instead of individually ? I see some advantages to this. PayPal would get only 1 transaction fee for the group of coins instead of for each sale. More buyers might be attracted, price wise because the shipping should be much more reasonable.

I've thought about lots, but as I buyer I have purchased some lots that sold for a lot less than they should have, so that makes me hesitate. I think a buyer who is looking for one coin is likely to miss it when it is part of a lot. Many of the coins I am selling are coins I got as part of a lot, and I end up making more on the ones I didn't want than the original seller did on the whole group selling it to me. I've found that my best sales go to people who take advantage of my combined shipping and buy multiple coins, and probably buy a lot of things they wouldn't have otherwise. You just have to wait for them to come along though.

Technically it is against eBay policy to have more than one account... I'm almost positive. That doesn't stop thousands of people from doing it though.
