it was found in my change i dont know how it got there but it looks old and has no english characters on it nor a date that i can read please help me find out what it is
The portrait looks vaguely looks like some issues from Portugal, but I'm unsure this is even a coin. May be a token? I'll keep looking lol
It looks European, and more than 100 years old ...beyond that I have no idea. My knowledge of ancients coins is that they are ancient coins. (laughs) Hang in there, eventually an expert will see this and know it instantly. Good luck ...and nice coin!
It might help in identification if you could get a clearer picture of the portrait side, with the portrait aligned in a natural position instead of at an odd angle.
I don't know what it is, but the reverse doesn't look like a real coin reverse to me. It is just some design, and I suspect this is a token, button, something like that.
it doesnt have any holes in it so i wouldn't say button and it also has the lines on the side like a coin
