I have come into an assortment of world coins from family members and friends. Some are just regular old Canadian currency from the 1960's, another is a .999 silver bombay coin, I do not know the name of this particular coin so until I post pics of all these trying to describe them would be useless. I can tell you generally the countries I do have. One is a King George Penny dated, from the note my great aunt left behind with it, 1950 She told my mother it was the last King George the 6th 10C minted in Hong Kong. Not being versed in these type of coins I was hoping to gain some more information on them on those of you on CT who know about these types of coins. I'll get pics within the next day. I'm not too concerned about monetary value, I would just like to know the history. The neat thing was along with all these was a 1876 half dollar seated liberty in VG condtion.
the hong kong 10 cent is worth around 50p the penny depending on condition could be worth £1 by bombay do you mean bombay presidency?
