Well, this would be a great time to plant a $1 bill in the ground to grow another one of my money trees! Oh gosh...This auction is ending soon! Better get the Miracle Grow out from my garage to speed up the process. :p

Well, it went for $2833.00 and had 39 bids. With 1 minutes to go in the bidding, the bid was $2100.00. Someone is jumping for joy right about now.

Whoever bought that got a bargain. I was thinking it would go in the 3's at least. (TexasJarhead, I was rooting for you to win it)

Budget constraints would not allow me. Plus, I don't use eBay any more for purchases. Stopped using them about 4 years ago.

TexasJar, pls. share your reasons (i'm curious) ... and where do you buy your coins now-a-days?

Too many counterfeit coins and slabs on eBay. Just don't want to take the chance.
Most of my raw coins are from JJ Teaparty.
My certified Buffalo's are coming courtesy of Numismatic Americana, Aspen Park Rare Coins, 900 Fine, Northeast Numismatics, Albanese Rare Coins (ARC), etc. Basically highly respected coin dealers. I could probably get some cheaper on eBay, but I'll spend more for the service and peace of mind.

Lucky kid whom ever won this little buffalo. I sure didn't dent it with my budget. Oh well, maybe next time.
