    The thing that bothers me about the first one is the lack of luster. An MS, or AU-58 coin should have blazing cartwheel luster, and this one looks flat to me, especially the reverse. Now it may just be the photos, but the fact that their appears to be tinges of luster around the reverse devices, but a contrasting look in the rest of the field would be enough for me to worry that the coin might be overdipped or cleaned. Other than that it looks nice with MS details.

    You maybe right , that's the trouble with grading from pics , they could be photographed to hide defects , after looking at the coin again I wouldn't go higher than 62 or maybe a 63 . Type 1 SLQs often have grainy surfaces and 63 and lower could have nice luster or subdued luster . That's what I was trying to say to the op that grading from pics is no way to be sure how the coin looks in hand . Which at first I thought he had the coin in hand .
