Two more mystery coins

I need help identifying these also. I uploaded the obverse and reverse of the one with the lion-like creature. I know I've seen this before but can't remember where. I was wondering if maybe it's Ethiopia? The other is dated 1862 and the letters are too worn to tell where it's from. I know I've seen this before too but I can't remember. It's two cents and I'm sure it's European, maybe Belgium, Netherlands or Luxembourg.
