Help identifying coin

    Anyone care to help me figure out what I've got here?

    The text is hard to read in the photo, can you type it in? I''d do a search on that and see if you get any hits on the web.

    Sure the text goes:

    With Courage & Fidelity
    He defended rights of our free people
    Died December 14 1799
    Aged 68

    On the perimeter it reads:
    made commander in chief of the American Forces The 15 June, 1744

    I also noticed the word 'Westwood' on his sleeve. No idea what that means.

    Westwood is probably the engraver.
