Are these error coins?

    are these errors pennys?
    the one that has the year 19?? wt is 2.8 grams and not 3.1 grams

    ^^^^^ Top and bottom pictures are "woodies". The alloys used to make the planchet (coin blank) were improperly mixed causing the line effect.

    And which 19?? are you referring to? Because all of the dates are fully visible. 1920, 1983-D, 1949

    I think the 1919 in the first picture could be a strike through.

    The 19?? is probably the wheatie that he only shows the back of which appears to be struck on a tapered thin planchet.
