I just picked this up Saturday at a coin show. I mostly bought it because the date looks like it is an over date. The " 0 " is overdated or something. The " 1 " at the top has a shift to the left. The " 3 " looks like it has a point in the center. I can't find anything about a repunched date or anything. I think this is also an Overton 104 by the back position of the I in relation to the T in states and position of the stars. Any help and info would be appreciated. Should it be slabbed ????? Thanks 183030.jpg 1830301.jpg

Try O-119, that's the only one listed with recutting/repunching on the 0.

Thanks Conder - You are correct. Come to find out the coin is an early die state with all numbers re punched and a medium 0

not an overdate, just a RPD.
