I do not own the note, but know of a BST thread, and the owner is taking offers through PM's. Just wondering how much it's worth to add to the 2003A $2 2011 Collection.
BST thread? Hmm. I'm not sure. I would like to have it. Is the owner looking to trade for anything or just sell? On a seperate note, does any one know how many of each of the three different FR notes were made? Was it 50 of each?
I bid $25 for the 2003A Philly note, and the seller says the bidding is up over $80 for the note. That's more then the total for the other 9 districts.
Yeah. I'd consider $80 for all three districts, but not for just one. I know they are rare, so I'm not saying they aren't worth more than that, just that it's out of my price range.
Dear Mr. Moonshine, All of the winners for the 2011 $2 Single Note drawing have been determined. If you have not been contacted by phone and/or email, you were not selected as a winner during the initial drawing. Thank you for your inquiry. Basically, that is the same response I received. Oh well. Hopefully I will come across someone selling one...
I would be interested to know what they are selling for too. There was an MSNS event over the weekend in Dearborn, but I was not able to attend. Also, I read on another forum the quantities for the lottery notes were 12 Boston, 50 Cleveland, and 88 Philidelphia. Can anyone confirm this?
Has anyone seen or acquire any of the Boston, Cleveland,or Philadelphia notes? I've only heard about one, and that was a while back.
