    ...about auctions like this?

100 PEACE SILVER DOLLARS ~ FIVE ROLLS ! 90% SILVER ! (Buy It Now: $349.99 with free shipping)

I see a listing like this pop up a few times a week. It's always a different seller, usually one that's been inactive for a few years, and usually outside the US. It's always a big pile of Morgan or Peace dollars, usually at about 1/10 the going rate. And it's always copied from a legitimate listing (in this case, this one) by a legitimate seller, although they copy from different sellers each time.

I've reported a few of these as violations because they copy another seller's listing, and I actually got a personalized reply once stating that they'd looked at the auction and that, since I wasn't the seller whose content was copied, they couldn't do anything about it!

These are obviously fraudulent listings, but I can't find a path through eBay's complaint categories to report them effectively. Any ideas?

You are apparently off to a flying start. The listing you reference has been pulled by eBay. If you have another listing, I could look at it.

Maybe their MINI replicas that I’ve seen listed.

I've done a couple and referred as Federal Crime of Counterfeiting and Ebay is facilitating. That usually gets them pulled fast...
It's a different matter if they are copy's which are legal if certain guidelines are met, but breaks Ebay rules if the seller isn't up front about it.
