Nice Calum. I like the Mercury Dimes, they have a nice classic look to them. Even the heavily worn one has a certain appeal to it. Imagine the stories that one could tell.

Calum, glad a collector from the UK has taken an interest in Yank coins. I think if you stick to quality coins you will be happiest. I like the 1940's Walker the beautiful Winghead (Mercury dime) and the 40% JFK best all good stuff. Its funny, I like to collect old UK Crowns and such and had 2 Crowns come in this month from across the pond. Have fun.
These are the 2 I aquired recently.

Calum my man you have some very nice coins there. In all the pics there is a slight out of focus when checking the details.
    Otherwise, well done.
The 1942 walking Liberty half is IMHO(in my humble opinion) an MS-65 or better. That smudge, smear, or wear on the eagle's breast is not worth mentioning. Is it on the case or holder and not the coin. Great eyes too. No wear obv. or rev.
The 1969-s Jefferson and the 1969-S LMC are very high grade proofs.
The 1943 Mercury Head dime is just georgeous. Full Bands and no noticeable wear(again blurriness when magnified) but IMHO
MS-65 all the way. Couldn't make out the year on the other mercury its AG3 IMHO. ZEKE

thanks i just do the bast i can when it comes to taking pictures. That merc i got in a blind swap with a guy on another site, he claims it is '16 but i think it looks more like 18 although it is realy hard to tell. Ripley i like those crowns, although ive always prefered victorian half crowns to ful crowns for sum reason

As someone on another thread said " Whatever you decide on go for the best, always, always, always. " I like that philosophy.
