    OKAY-- DONT REPORT IT!

If anybody bids on it, they deserve exactly what they get..... I see nothing wrong with this bidding :p

Great creativity. I would bid on the coin, but I already have one in 72. Oh well :)

mabey more people should put up auctions like that to get the point across about "graders" like sgs.

I see this as an indictment of the slabbing industry as a whole, and a reminder to the wary that we should never let slabbing take precedence over the coin, I don't care who slabs it.

I actually think that is not ment to be funny. I have many coins that look just like that. For instance when I open my Whitman Liberty Head Nickel Album my 1913 Looks similar to the type of coin referred to. I also have an 1849 double Eagle that looks in that condition.

    Graders

I agree on buying the coin, not the slab, but I don't think this guy was'nt putting down slabbing as a whole becase at the bottom he has a list of preferred legitimate graders.

In this auction of his -- he cancelled two bidders and then ended the auction early...

In this auction ... yet a 3rd person bid on the coin in question...

It just proves that either 1) their are alot of very gullible collectors, or 2) that alot of people dont bother to read the description (AND that there are alot of gullible collectors)

    waaaayyy to funny
