I found this 1995 one dollar bill that has odd ink problems when printing. there are two shiny ink blobs, the date is also effected. the odd ink is shiny as well as the neighboring complete black ink areas (so it's the original ink). although the dollar bill isn't in the BEST shape... it is an interesting find. Anybody know how common this is?
i dont know about the rest of the country, but i look through about $1000 in singles a week, and never saw anything like that ..., cool find
