Cleaning coins

Let's put it this way. If the prints are more than say a week old it wouldn't get them off anyway. But there's even more to it than that.

Let's assume this coin is mint state and the print is fresh. If you just left the finger print alone, the TPGs would slab and grade the coin. But, if you used your T-shirt to rub the print off, the TPGs would no longer slab and grade the coin.

Which one would you rather do ?
