Partial collar ?

I found this dime the other day & was wondering if this is a true partial collar ,I think it is ? Does this have any added value ?Any comments would be appreciated. The reeding is on the inside of the collar. There is also a nice cud on the rev.

I don't know---for some reason it just doesn't look like a partial collar....looks like it was struck off center just a tad.

Collar clash. On the reverse, it's perhaps accentuated by a slight horizontal misalignment.

 

yeah, it doesn't seem to be a partial collar.
