I have a question about Barber Dimes for anyone out there that specializes. Do any of your or have you come across xf to ms specimens show weak denticles, and is it possible for a barber to be MS with denticles so weak that they are nearly non-existent?
There are all kinds of reasons for Barber dimes to have weak or non existant denticles including die erosion and certain types of striking errors. They are not that uncommon. Hope this helps...Mike
