Another great effort by the paper money graders at CT I think this is the closest that we have come to guessing the grade as A group! everybody was with in just two grading points and we all guessed That it was in A/U condition the bad news is we didnt get a winner this Time around Duke was right on with the 53 but his guess included a PQ Designation which this note did not receive, i think the reason it did not Get that designation is because of the wrinkling, you will notice this most On the reverse even though this is a PMG note i think they would be more Likely then PCGS to give it a PQ label. LOL! This was a tough one indeed. I wish the pics were bigger though. It's just not easy to do more than ball-park a grade without seeing more detail. Thanks Rusty.
Ah...got it but added that darn ppq! Now that I think of it I don't remember MPC's getting ppq, do you?
As a rule if a note is 67,68.69 70 it will automatically get the PPQ designation however there Are a few notes that i have seen get 67,s with no PPQ but the higher ones always!
